All orders are shipped via the Israeli Postal Authority and will be delivered by your local post office.

Delivery times within 7 to 10 business days. Take approximately 3-4 weeks from the delivery day. This option is available for orders that weigh less than 2 kilograms and/or are valued under $200 as per the Postal Services policy. This option is not available to wholesale customers.
Delivery times within 3 to 5 business days. Take approximately 7-10 days from the delivery day. Orders weighing more than 2 kilograms and maximum and/or valued more than $200 are required to be shipped via EMS.
All wholesale orders must be shipped via EMS no matter the weight.

Returns valued $35 or more you have the option of an exchange or a refund. Returns valued under $35 are for exchange only.
The merchandise can be exchanged for the same product or a product of like value. The refund will be 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs and possible customs charges/ transactions fees our end. Furthermore, we do not cover any costs involved with return shipment.All products must be returned in their original unopened package.Purchaser assumes responsibility for any and all damage to the product during the return shipment.If there are any customs charges made to us for returned goods the customer shall assume responsibility for these charges – proof of charge shall be given to the customer.
