Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers and businesses in most countries worldwide. Please note that due to postal restrictions, shipping may not be available to certain destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Registered Mail for orders up to 2kg or $200. EMS for larger orders. Express available upon request.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

eturns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Please contact our team before returning any items. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Before returning any item, please contact us first at info@biblelandgifts.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances — including cases where the order is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned for any reason whatsoever.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. No return shipping is required in this case. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Stock Availability

We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, in rare cases a stock discrepancy may occur. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer a suitable alternative. If you prefer not to accept the alternative, we will cancel that item from your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. The remaining items in your order will be dispatched as normal.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns Policy above.

Lost in Transit

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the postal service. Only once the parcel has been officially confirmed as lost by the postal service will we send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer does not wish to reship, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only, minus the original shipping cost.
